Teen Video Challenge - WIN $275

Create a video promoting Summer Reading at the public library, including your interpretation of the 2014 teen slogan "SPARK a Reaction." The teen or group of teens that create the winning video will receive $275 and nationwide recognition! You can check out official rules and download an entry form at the New York State Summer Reading website.
